Complaints
To report content that you believe is illegal or otherwise violates our policies, or to raise any other complaint, contact us at complaints@lazyfans.com with a description of the content and where it appears on the site. Every complaint we receive is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, and the outcome is communicated to the complainant.
Reported content is restricted from public view while it is under review. An investigation may result in the content being removed, the content being reinstated, the creator receiving a warning, or the creator's account being suspended or permanently terminated. Content we determine to be illegal is removed immediately and, where required, reported to the appropriate authorities. Full details are in our Content Removal & Complaints Policy.
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision we have made, or you have been depicted in content and would like to appeal its removal or its continued publication, notify us by email at appeals@lazyfans.com. Appeals are reviewed within five (5) business days by someone who was not involved in the original decision, and the outcome is communicated to you in writing.
If a disagreement remains after the appeal, we will allow it to be resolved by a neutral body, and that resolution will be at our expense.
