PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE LAZYFANS PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING LAZYFANS IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
LazyFans™ ("LazyFans," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a registered trademark owned by Escape Life Inc, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada, with its principal place of business at 2248 Meridian Blvd Ste H, Minden, NV 82423. LazyFans operates as a proprietary brand and digital platform of Escape Life Inc. All references to "LazyFans" in these Terms refer to the Platform, its services, and its operator, Escape Life Inc, collectively.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Escape Life Inc regarding your use of the LazyFans website, mobile application, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms incorporate by reference all policies published on the Platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, DMCA Policy, Content Removal Policy, Complaints Policy, Appeals Policy, USC 2257 Statement, KYC & Age Verification Policy, and Billing Statement Disclosure.
The LazyFans Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater — to access, register for, or use the Platform in any capacity. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
LazyFans employs a mandatory age verification gate that requires all visitors to confirm their date of birth before accessing any Platform content. This gate constitutes a condition of access. If you cannot truthfully confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, you must immediately exit the Platform.
LazyFans reserves the right to require additional identity and age verification at any time, at its sole discretion, for any User or Content Creator. This may include submission of government-issued identification documents. Users and Creators who fail to complete verification, or whose verification is rejected, may be denied access to the Platform. LazyFans uses third-party identity verification services in compliance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. LazyFans may restrict or deny access to Users in certain jurisdictions where the Platform's operation would violate applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

LazyFans reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, any applicable law, or any policy of the Platform. You may also deactivate your account at any time by contacting us at support@lazyfans.com.
LazyFans is a technology platform that provides infrastructure for users to publish, distribute, and interact with user-generated content. LazyFans does not create, produce, direct, or editorially control user-generated content. LazyFans acts as an intermediary hosting platform, not as a producer or distributor of content in the traditional sense.
Content Creators are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, or otherwise make available through the Platform. This includes ensuring that:
LazyFans operates a pre-screening and content moderation program. All uploaded content is reviewed before publication and is regularly monitored for compliance with our Community Guidelines and applicable law. LazyFans retains the absolute right to remove, restrict, or delist any content at its sole discretion, including for reasons not limited to policy violations, legal compliance, risk management, or the general safety and integrity of the Platform.
Content Creators must additionally agree to the LazyFans Content Creator Agreement, which governs the terms of content publication, revenue sharing, payment processing, and additional obligations. A sample of the Content Creator Agreement is available upon request and on the Platform.
By posting content on the Platform, you grant LazyFans and Escape Life Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and process your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the Platform. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.
LazyFans™ is a registered trademark of Escape Life Inc. The Platform, including its name, logo, visual design, layout, software, source code, graphics, branding, trade dress, and all related content (excluding user-generated content), constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Escape Life Inc and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret laws.
You may not, without prior written permission from Escape Life Inc:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, subject to the license granted in Section 3.5. LazyFans does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, all LazyFans platform infrastructure, branding, and non-user content remains the exclusive property of Escape Life Inc.
LazyFans™ is a trademark of Escape Life Inc. All LazyFans content, branding, and trademarks are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized use of the LazyFans trademark or any confusingly similar mark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
LazyFans respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to support@lazyfans.com. Full details of our DMCA process are available in our DMCA Policy.
All payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase or subscribing to content, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. LazyFans does not store full credit card or banking information.
Charges made through the Platform may appear on your bank or credit card statement under a descriptor associated with LazyFans or its payment processing partners. Full details are available in our Billing Statement Disclosure, which is accessible on the Platform.
LazyFans offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. All available plans are detailed on the Platform's pricing and subscription pages. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. LazyFans reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice to subscribers.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on the Platform. Refunds are generally not provided for digital content that has been accessed or consumed. Exceptions may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
LazyFans reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payments to Creators or Users in order to address suspected fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or other risk management concerns. LazyFans shall not be liable for any losses arising from such holds where there is a reasonable basis for the hold.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties associated with your use of the Platform, including any purchases made. LazyFans may collect taxes where required by applicable law.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the Platform:
LazyFans has zero tolerance for human trafficking and sex trafficking. We maintain strict procedures to protect users and Creators from exploitation, including cooperation with law enforcement where suspicious activity is identified. Such activity will be immediately reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and relevant law enforcement authorities. These procedures are detailed in our Safety, Anti-Human Trafficking, and Non-Solicitation Policies.
LazyFans pre-screens all uploaded content prior to publication. This process is designed to identify content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines. Pre-screening does not guarantee that all violating content will be identified before publication, and LazyFans reserves the right to remove content at any time.
LazyFans may remove content at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: policy violations, legal requirements, court orders, intellectual property claims, or general platform integrity. Users may also request removal of their own content in accordance with our Content Removal Policy.
Violations of these Terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination. Serious violations — including any involving illegal content, fraud, or trafficking — will result in immediate termination without prior notice.
If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision in accordance with our Appeals Policy, available on the Platform. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the enforcement action. LazyFans will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct displayed on the LazyFans Platform are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because the content is user-generated and LazyFans is not the primary producer of such content. Producers of such content are solely responsible for maintaining all required records.
However, LazyFans takes compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 seriously and requires all Creators to certify that all persons depicted in their content are 18 years of age or older, and to maintain appropriate records. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with that policy.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESCAPE LIFE INC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ESCAPE LIFE INC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ESCAPE LIFE INC TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LAZYFANS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Escape Life Inc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact LazyFans at legal@lazyfans.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be finally settled by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, at the election of the claimant, and shall take place in Minden, Nevada.
YOU AND LAZYFANS EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada, County of Douglas.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for misappropriation of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality obligations.
LazyFans is committed to resolving all user complaints in a timely and fair manner. Our Complaints Policy is available on the Platform and in the footer of our website. All complaints submitted through our official complaints process will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days.

Unresolved complaints may be escalated in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution procedure described in Section 13 above.
The following policies are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific policy, the specific policy shall control with respect to its subject matter:

These Terms, together with all incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Escape Life Inc regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the remaining provisions.
No waiver by LazyFans of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of Escape Life Inc. LazyFans may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of permitted successors and assigns.
Escape Life Inc shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, or failure of third-party services.
LazyFans reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to registered users, or updating the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
All LazyFans policies, including these Terms, shall remain accessible to users whether logged in or logged out of the Platform. They are available at all times via the website footer.
