Welcome to LazyFans™. These Community Guidelines explain the standards of behaviour and content we expect from all users — Fans and Creators alike. They are designed to keep LazyFans a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform for everyone.

These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Age and Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You must not misrepresent your age, identity, or location
• Content Creators must complete identity and age verification before uploading content
• All persons depicted in content must be at least 18 years of age

2. Consent

‍

• All content must be produced with the full, free, and informed consent of all participants
• You must not upload content that depicts any person without their consent
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination
• You must not coerce, pressure, or manipulate any person into participating in content

3. Content Standards

3.1 Absolutely Prohibited Content

‍

The following content is never permitted on the Platform under any circumstances:

• Content depicting or involving minors in any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate context
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation
• Content used to advertise or arrange in-person sexual services (escorting, prostitution)
• Terrorist or extremist content, including recruitment materials
• Content that incites violence against any individual or group
• Content depicting real-world non-consensual violence

3.2 Restricted Content

‍

The following content requires specific care and may be subject to additional restrictions:

• Adult content: permitted only from verified Creators in accordance with our verification requirements
• Content involving real identifiable individuals other than the Creator: requires demonstrable consent
• Content depicting simulated scenarios: must not be presented as real

4. Conduct

‍

4.1 Respect

‍

• Treat all users and creators with respect
• Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any user
• Do not send unsolicited explicit content to any user
• Do not send repeated unwanted messages

4.2 Honesty

‍

• Do not impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
• Do not create fake accounts or multiple accounts to evade bans
• Do not use deceptive tactics to attract subscribers (false previews, misleading descriptions)
• Do not make false complaints or abuse the reporting system

4.3 Hate Speech

‍

• Do not post content that dehumanises or attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Do not use slurs or engage in targeted harassment of identifiable individuals

5. Intellectual Property

‍

• Only upload content that you own or have the rights to distribute
• Do not upload copyrighted content belonging to others without permission
• Do not use LazyFans branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission
• If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice

6. Privacy

‍

• Do not share private personal information about other users without their consent (doxxing)
• Do not record or distribute conversations, messages, or calls without consent
• Do not attempt to identify or expose the real identities of anonymous users

7. Platform Integrity

‍

• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Do not attempt to circumvent payment systems, age verification, or content restrictions
• Do not attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use
• Do not engage in chargebacks or payment fraud

8. Reporting

‍

If you see content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, please report it:

• In-platform reporting tools (where available)

We review all reports and take appropriate action. False reports submitted in bad faith may result in enforcement action against the reporting account.

9. Enforcement

‍

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may:

• Remove the violating content
• Issue a warning
• Temporarily restrict account features
• Suspend the account
• Permanently terminate the account
• Report the matter to law enforcement

Serious violations — including any involving minors, trafficking, or non-consensual content — result in immediate permanent termination and law enforcement referral, with no prior warning.

10. Updates

‍

These Guidelines may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
