Escape Life Inc, operator of LazyFans™, is committed to ensuring that all users of the Platform — and in particular all Content Creators — are verified adults. This policy explains our age verification requirements, the KYC process, and how verification data is handled.

1. Why We Verify

‍

LazyFans operates an adult content platform. We are legally and ethically required to ensure that:

• No person under the age of 18 can access the Platform or create an account
• No person under the age of 18 is depicted in any content on the Platform
• All Content Creators are verified adults who are acting of their own free will
• We comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, our payment processor requirements, and applicable law

2. User Age Gate

‍

Before accessing any content on the Platform, all visitors must confirm their date of birth through our age gate. This gate:

• Requires entry of date of birth (month, day, year)
• Calculates the visitor's age and denies access to anyone under 18
• Applies to all visitors, whether logged in or not

The age gate is a first line of defence. It does not substitute for full identity verification for Content Creators.

3. Content Creator Identity Verification

‍

3.1 Mandatory Verification

‍

All Content Creators must complete identity verification before being permitted to upload content or receive payments. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions.

‍

3.2 Verification Requirements

‍

Creators must provide:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
• A clear selfie or live photo for facial matching against the ID document
• Their full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence as shown on the ID
• Any additional information required to comply with applicable law or payment processor requirements

3.3 Accepted Documents

‍

• Passport (any country)
• National identity card (any country)
• Driver's licence (with photo)

All documents must be clearly legible, unexpired, and not altered or tampered with.

‍

3.4 Verification Process

‍

1. Creator submits documents through the Platform's secure KYC portal
2. Documents are reviewed by our verification provider
3. Creator receives a decision (approved / additional information required / rejected)
4. Approved creators are permitted to upload content and receive payments
5. Rejected creators are notified of the reason and may reapply with corrected documentation

4. Rejected Creators

‍

If a Creator's verification is rejected, they will be notified by email. Rejected creators cannot upload content or receive payments. Reasons for rejection may include:

• Invalid, expired, or unreadable identification documents
• Facial match failure
• Evidence of age falsification
• The applicant is under 18 years of age
• Documents are from a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction

Rejected creators may appeal the decision by contacting us with corrected documentation. If a rejection is upheld, the creator will not be permitted to access Creator features on the Platform.

5. Record Keeping

‍

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, we maintain records of all age and identity verification for Content Creators. These records include:

• A copy of the government-issued ID provided by the Creator
• The Creator's full legal name and date of birth
• The date verification was completed and the outcome
• The name and stage name of the Creator

Records are kept for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last upload by the Creator. Records are available for inspection by the Attorney General in accordance with 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Custodian of Records is located at: 2248 Meridian Blvd Ste H, Minden, NV 82423.

6. Data Protection

‍

Identity verification data is treated as sensitive personal data. It is:

• Transmitted using industry-standard encryption (TLS)
• Stored securely with access restricted to authorised personnel and our verification partner
• Not used for any purpose other than age/identity verification and legal compliance
• Subject to our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws

7. Fan Account Age Verification

‍

Fan accounts are currently subject to our age gate (date of birth confirmation). LazyFans reserves the right to implement additional verification requirements for Fan accounts at any time, including document-based verification, in response to regulatory requirements or platform policy changes.
