This Content Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
Platform Operator: Escape Life Inc, a Nevada corporation, operating the LazyFans™ platform ("Company," "we," "us").

Content Creator: The individual ( Independent Contractor ) or entity who has completed registration and identity verification on the LazyFans™ Platform ("Creator," "you").
By completing the Creator registration process, submitting identity verification documents, and clicking to accept this Agreement, the Creator agrees to be bound by all terms set out below.
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Content Creator on the Platform. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
All Creators are required to complete mandatory identity and age verification (KYC) before being permitted to upload content or receive payments. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and a facial photograph. Verification is conducted in accordance with our KYC & Age Verification Policy.
You must maintain your eligibility throughout the term of this Agreement. If your eligibility changes (for example, if you become subject to a legal order restricting your use of the Platform), you must notify us immediately at the contact details below.
Upon successful verification, you will be granted access to a Creator account, which allows you to upload content, set subscription prices, receive earnings, and interact with subscribers.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Creator account.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your account profile, including your legal name, tax identification details (where required), and payment information.
All content submitted by Creators is subject to mandatory pre-publication review before it is made available to subscribers or any other users. Content is not published automatically. By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree to this review process.
You may upload original adult content that you own or have the rights to, provided it complies with this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Community Guidelines.
You must never upload content that:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload. Pre-publication review by LazyFans does not transfer any legal or ethical responsibility for content to the Company. You must ensure all content complies with applicable law before submission.
You are required to maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content you produce and upload, including copies of valid government-issued identification for all persons depicted. These records must be made available to the Company and/or authorised law enforcement upon request.
Revenue split: 80% to Creator / 20% to Platform (standard). Exception:
The Company will retain its platform fee from all gross revenue generated through your Creator account, including subscription fees, tips, and pay-per-view purchases. The Creator's share is calculated on net revenue after payment processing fees and applicable taxes.
Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD
Earnings will only be disbursed once your account balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Balances below the threshold will carry over to the next payout period.
Payout schedule: Automatic weekly payouts (processed every 7 days). Manual on-demand withdrawals available at any time once the minimum threshold is met.
Payouts are processed on the schedule above, subject to the minimum threshold being met and no holds being applied to your account (see Section 4.5).
You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for keeping your payment information up to date. The Company is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or outdated payment information provided by you.
The Company reserves the right to hold, delay, or withhold payouts in the following circumstances:
We will notify you of any hold and the reason for it as soon as practicable, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
You are solely responsible for all taxes applicable to your earnings from the Platform, including income tax and self-employment tax. Where required by law, the Company will collect tax information (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN forms) and may be required to report earnings to tax authorities. The Company will issue applicable tax documentation (e.g., 1099-NEC) where required.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to the Platform.
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Escape Life Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and promote the Platform and your Creator profile. This licence does not transfer ownership and ends when your content is removed from the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:

This Agreement begins on the date you accept it and continues until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your Creator account. To do so, contact us at support@lazyfans.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any platform fees already deducted. Any outstanding earnings above the minimum payout threshold will be disbursed in the next scheduled payout, provided no holds apply.
We may suspend or terminate your Creator account and this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for:
Termination for serious violations (including content involving minors, trafficking, or NCII) is immediate and permanent, with no prior notice.
Upon termination: your content will be removed from the Platform; subscribers will lose access to your content; outstanding earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations; and the Company reserves the right to retain records as required by law.
By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Escape Life Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your content; your breach of this Agreement; your violation of any law or third-party rights; or any claim that your content caused harm to a third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total earnings paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the LazyFans Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver.
The Company may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Platform. Your continued use of the Creator account after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement, together with the LazyFans Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, KYC & Age Verification Policy, Content Moderation Policy, and all other Platform policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your role as a Content Creator.

By registering as a Content Creator and accepting this Agreement (whether by clicking an acceptance button, submitting your verification documents, or otherwise using Creator features), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Content Creator Agreement.
